The tiny Nevada area is home to only about 200 people, complete with an elementary school and historic general store dating back to the 1940s. So it was big news when, in 2018, the announcement was made that a restaurant was opening in Blue Diamond. Cottonwood Station in Nevada was to be a meeting place for both foodies and outdoor lovers. Today, the family-run restaurant is a success story, proving that diamonds in the rough truly exist.
