Each of them has spent more than 20 years in the food industry so it's probably safe to say they know what they're talking about. Together they have a great passion for cheese and wine and they opened this humble shop in 2006 to share their passion with others.
Cheese is the star of the show at this lovely little store. When choosing which cheeses to feature in their shop, Sande says that they "taste before [they] select and try to get to know the producer and importer". On top of getting to know everything about the cheese's production, they choose to cut and wrap their cheeses fresh to order. This means the cheese has a longer shelf life in your home.
