So, what exactly does a Buldogis Gourmet Hot Dog consist of? It all starts off with a quarter-pound premium beef dog with no fillers. Then, a variety of add-ons are piled on, like homemade chili, Bulgogi meat, fresh made slaw, and signature condiment toppings - all of which are made in-house.
With over a dozen hot dogs to choose from, your biggest problem will be deciding which one to try first. The Angry (spicy pork bulgogi, Asian slaw, jalapeno, and fiery aoli), the Gang Nam (pork belly, cucumber, nori flakes, sesame seeds, and Korean chili sauce), and the Mac & Cheese (homemade creamy mac and cheese, cheddar, and herb blend) are all great options.
