Not only is J.T.'s known for having amazing food, but their unusual dollar bill covered ceiling has become quite well-known. You'll also see an assortment of hats covering the walls, an overall Western theme that will fascinate you.

A longtime family business, the Lekumberry family actually raises their own beef right here in the Carson Valley. Grass-fed and perfect as can be, you'll be able to taste the difference between the meat here and your Average Joe restaurant.

Another reason everything tastes so great? J.T.'s makes a huge effort to buy as much of their ingredients locally as possibly, getting potatoes from Winnemucca and onions out of the Smith Valley!
