Go just about anywhere in Nebraska, from farmland to ranchland and everywhere in between – and you’ll see windmills standing tall. They’re part of our shared history and our state’s identity, and for those of us who grew up around them, they’re sweet pieces of nostalgia. There’s one place that honors that history with a huge display of old windmills.
You’ll find the Second Wind Ranch just north of Comstock at the intersection of Comstock Road and Ord Road. For more information about the music festivals held at the ranch, click here.
Have you ever visited the windmills at Second Wind Ranch? We’d love to hear about your visit in the comments!
