When you want to feel like a kid again, there’s nothing quite like spending a whole night playing the video games you’ve loved since you were young. And if you really want to have a great time, leave the kids at home and head out to this grownups-only arcade with dozens of vintage games and craft beers.
The specialty at this bar is craft beer; you'll find more than 20 rotating selections on tap. If you can't decide what to try first, the friendly bartenders are always happy to help you find the perfect match.
If your video game vibe is more basement rec room than arcade, you'll love the basement at Beercade. It's known as "Mom's Basement," and all of the games down here are on free play - no quarters needed! Just pay $3 for unlimited play all night long.
Mom's Basement is a private party room, but it's open to the public Fridays and Saturdays from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. The basement bar serves a smaller selection than the one upstairs but still features plenty of beers both on tap and in cans.
Beercade is open Monday-Friday, 2 p.m.-2 a.m. and Saturday-Sunday, noon-2 a.m. Learn more about this fun destination, including the beers currently on tap, on Beercade’s website or Facebook page.
