When it comes to Halloween, half of the fun is seeing what costumes people come up with. What’s even better than coming across a jaw-dropping costume? Driving by a house and seeing that one of our residents took the time to go all out and decorate their home in an eye-catching manner that makes you light up with excitement. Right within the city of Lincoln, you can take a drive down Otoe Street and find a Halloween house that is decorated like no other!
A charming family residence that you'd normally never think twice about, this home on Otoe Street has gotten an interesting makeover for the haunting holiday.
Josh Brown Kramer, a 36-year old father of two, has taken Halloween decorations to the ultimate next level. If you're a Netflix subscriber or have been paying attention to what this year's most popular television shows are, then there's a good chance that you've heard of the hit series Stranger Things. The horror series was released on Netflix this summer and quickly gained a large following. It may even be safe to say that you probably saw at least one person dressed up as a character from this show, even if you didn't know it at the time.
One of the characters in Stranger Things creates her own Ouija board of sorts, made from strung up holiday lights and letters that she paints on her living room wall in order to communicate with her son. One of the best features about this one-of-a-kind Halloween decor is that Kramer went the extra mile in order to make this a memorable interaction for those who decide to view his home.

To the left of Kramer's front door you'll see the replicated scene from Stranger Things, the Bryer family's living room.
The home is located at 1912 Otoe Street,. Kramer spent several days putting together his own Bryer family living room. The painted letters and strung up holiday lights hang on a false wall that he created, also featuring a dingy couch that's a look-alike from the one in the hit show. Kramer managed to find it in the "free" section of Craigslist.
Drive by the Stranger Things House on Otoe Street and send a text to 1-201-7STRNGR to see your message light up on Kramer's living room display! Kramer encourages people to come drive by and enjoy his Halloween decorations while they're up for the holiday.
