Wood-fired pizzas cook quickly at 900 degrees, so you don’t have to wait very long for your delicious pizza.
Additional benefits of wood-fired pizza are energy conservation since neither gas nor electricity is used; rapid cooking prevents overcooking and the loss of nutrients in vegetables and other fresh ingredients; and best of all, the smoky flavor makes wood-fired pizza taste great.
