Although it has the look of a general store that's been kicking around since the Wild West, R&K Country Store actually only dates back to late 2019. That's when the current owners took over their local convenience store and made it into a community destination.
Don't expect the ordinary convenience store when you walk in, though. There's so much more here than beer and chips - though you can find those, too, if that's what you're looking for.
Check out the pickles, beef sticks, jellies, salsas, and other condiments sold under the R&K Country Store label. These products are made by the owners themselves for sale in the store!

Before taking over the country store, the owners ran a produce stand. Today, their fruits and veggies are available right here at the shop - you won't find fresher produce in a small-town store!
You'll want to come by when you're hungry, because the hot food prepared right there on site is truly worth a stop. It's just what you might expect to find in a small-town country market like this one: comfort food galore.
