I never spent much time in the Midwest growing up, but once I finally did, I really appreciated the culture, community, and, of course, the FOOD. Midwesterners really dial in when it comes to food, and anyone who knows me knows I’m a food fanatic. So when I discovered what the heck pork tenderloin sandwiches were, my mind was blown.
