After bellies are full and syrupy hands have been washed, it's time to meet a real penguin. An African penguin and a keeper will arrive for an interactive visit and informational talk. The price of admission even includes a cute stuffed penguin so everyone can take home a little reminder of this special event.

The 2019 dates for Penguins and Pancakes are December 26-30. There are two seating times for each day, and you will need to purchase tickets in advance. The ticket costs are as follows: Adults, ages 12 and up – $20 for members or $25 for non-members; children, ages 2 to 11 – $15 for members or $20 for non-members. In addition to the pancakes, the meet-and-greet, and the plush penguin, the ticket price also includes admission to the zoo for that day.
