Volcanic Peppers has been operating out of this cozy storefront in Bellevue since 2013. The family-owned business started as a hobby and blossomed into a full-time venture.
Owner Tim Bader and his daughter began selling their home-grown peppers at a farmers market, and eventually the growing demand for super-spicy foods allowed the family to jump in with both feet.
