The farm is home to a herd of 200 San Clemente Island goats, a critically endangered species.

These sweet little goats are smaller and more nimble than the type you might be used to seeing.
The farm's owners are doing their part to preserve this heritage species.

Only around 450 of these unique goats are alive today, 200 of which are right here on this Nebraska farm. (You can watch them wander the grounds when you visit, but booking a tiny house stay doesn't guarantee face time or chore time with the farmers.)
The goats share the farm with chickens and ducks, which you can also visit when you stay in the tiny house.

Eventually, the owners hope to produce goat cheese on the farm, adding another layer of interest to this already-fascinating little place.
