Small town Nebraska restaurants tend to have amazing food. Maybe it’s because the cooks learned their trade from generations of family members, or maybe it’s because we have access to such fresh, delicious ingredients.
The steakhouse in little Curtis, Nebraska - population 939, also known as "Nebraska's Easter City" - is a great example of terrific small-town cooking.

The food is downright heavenly. As you might expect from a restaurant with "steakhouse" in the name, the steaks are cooked to perfection.
