While the British goods from this bakery won’t be solving any world conflicts (or even figuring out Brexit) anytime soon, they are a delicious way to experience a variety of yummy foods enjoyed by those across the Atlantic.
You may have never heard of What the Dickens? bakery, but if you live in or around Hastings you may have seen or sampled their food at local events.
This popular pop-up bakery doesn't have its own retail space; currently it makes everything to order from The Bistro Below, the little restaurant beneath Winestyles in Hastings.
Every Friday, the bakery offers "Tea For Two In A Tin," which is a collection of tea and delicious baked goodies. You may get scones, sandwiches, tea cakes, tarts, or - if you're lucky - even some fresh Devonshire clotted cream.
