Phat Jacks began in 2006 when a young couple born and raised in Nebraska spent some time in Kansas learning the art of Kansas-style barbecue. As a hobby, the family started dabbling in competitive BBQ and mastered the technique before moving back to their home state. They are members of the Greater Omaha BBQ Society, Kansas City Bar-b-que Society, and one of the owners, Matt, is a certified judge. As you can imagine, this all translates into absolutely incredible barbecue.
So, what can you expect to find on the menu? All the classic favorites, including brisket sandwiches, pulled pork, burnt end sandwiches, combos, pork ribs, and much, much more.
