Saibeen whips up dishes like Beef Kofta (Beef meatballs seasoned with blended onions, cilantro, mint, garlic, ginger, cumin, green chilies and garam masala), Chicken Perattu (Chicken breast slow cooked in a blend of cilantro, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander powder, ginger, garlic, cumin and fennel seeds, curry leaves, onions, turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, garam masala, and vinegar), and more.
