As local travel experts, we know what travelers are looking for when it comes to finding the perfect accommodations for their next trip. To compile our lists, we scour the internet to find properties with excellent ratings and reviews, desirable amenities, nearby attractions, and that something special that makes a destination worthy of traveling for.
From our rustic cabins to our swanky resorts, Montana is full of fantastic places to enjoy a quiet getaway. And since many Montanans prefer to vacation without leaving the beautiful Treasure State, we’re always happy to recommend local staycation spots. The idyllic Sage Lodge in the Paradise Valley is the new kid on the block, and it’s a perfect “home base” for nature lovers to enjoy.
Sage Lodge is located on the banks of the Yellowstone River in the Paradise Valley.
Whether you venture out into the wild by day and return in the evening or you decide to stay on the property for some posh pampering, you'll love the experience (and the views).

Accommodations range from lodge guest rooms and suites to the more spacious ranch houses.
The ranch houses are 2,783 square feet and have everything you need for an amazing vacation, from full kitchens to six king beds and four full bathrooms.
These houses are far from cheap, but they're well worth the investment (and easier on the bank account) if you have a large group. Lodge guest rooms and suites, which are luxurious and spacious, typically book for $189 - $319 depending on the type of room and time of year.
Popular amenities at the lodge include the on-site spa, the health club and fitness classes, and the huge outdoor hot tub.
