Montanans love their meat, so it comes as no surprise that we’ve got hundreds and hundreds of savory steakhouses, ranging from the famous Sir Scott’s Oasis to the elusive Grizzly Bar. But there’s one rustic steakhouse in the rural (and we do mean rural) town of Babb with steak so good, it’s been receiving national attention for years.
Babb has a population of less than 200, and the local businesses are all owned by two families.
The Babb Bar was once named the second rowdiest bar in America, so the owner, Bob Burns, decided to open the steakhouse to slow things down.
