When you’re craving comfort food, a fried chicken dinner hits the spot. Gather together with your friends and family and head to Bozeman to visit this little restaurant that serves fried and rotisserie chicken that will make your mouth water.
Welcome to Roost! This little restaurant actually got its start in Tennessee, where folks have generations of fried chicken tradition. Owners Joe and Mike brought their Southern tradition to Bozeman, and you'll find it at 1520 W. Main St., Bozeman, MT 59715.
There are several ways to enjoy your chicken. You can't go wrong with the classic Southern fried chicken. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, this chicken will definitely satisfy your craving for comfort food.
The "spun chicken" is juicy and flavorful, too. Slow roasted on the rotisserie, it comes as a half platter with two small sides and a biscuit, or you can order an entire chicken with two large sides and a two biscuits.
The sides are as tasty as the chicken! Choose from cornmeal fried okra, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, collard greens, cheese grits, and more.
