Since Plonk first opened in Missoula in 2013, the place has been surprising people. Plonk now has two locations, one in Missoula and one in Bozeman. And if you visit either when the weather is warm, you’ll get a different surprise: access to the rooftop. While the Bozeman location’s rooftop has its charms, Plonk Missoula’s rooftop bar is as charming as it gets.
