The Plates Are Piled High With Seafood At Crazy Mary's Fish N Chips In Montana
What comes to mind when you think of classic Montana cuisine? We’re guessing it isn’t seafood, especially fish & chips, which is a traditional coastal dish. But if you’re ever in Billings, you’ll be treated to the best fried seafood of your life… and the portions are far from small. Mary Jackson opened this eatery just over five years ago, and we’re eternally grateful.

However, Mary Jackson (or "Crazy Mary") has been in the restaurant industry much longer. Her culinary experience spans four decades.

That said, the ambiance is charming, and the staff is always welcoming (especially Mary).

It was actually an intense craving for a fish sandwich that gave Mary the idea to launch her own business. Once she realized there were no good places in Billings for fish & chips, she decided to put her decades of culinary experience to use and open a seafood shack.

The fish & chips are phenomenal.

Many of the entrees come with fries, which are hand-cut and a perfect accompaniment to any meal.

Even Montanans who swear they don't like seafood have been known to change their minds here (but if you really aren't a seafood eater, they also serve tasty chicken strips and corn dogs).

Come see what the hype is all about... and come hungry, because your plate will be piled high.
