Montana was founded back in November 1889. That means the state has had plenty of time to become one of the most history-packed states in the country. From expeditions exploring the great American West to historic hotels that helped the state get its start, there’s a lot to learn here! Those who grew up here likely picked up the highlights in school, but there’s so much more history hiding out that’s worth hearing! This mansion in Montana is a great example. Built in the early 1900s, a visit offers a glimpse into what life might have been like long before we were here.
The Moss Mansion in Montana is open for visitors to take guided, self-paced, or specialty tours of the home and grounds.
