But on those days when nothing but some delicious catfish will do (and if you've ever experienced it, you know those days definitely happen), just order this Catfish Po’Boy.
It isn't easy to find fried catfish in Montana, much less at a small mom and pop eatery like this. This sandwich comes with cornmeal catfish filets, tomato, slaw, and a fresh lemon-dill aioli. You won't find better in the Treasure State.
Deciding what to eat here is never easy, though - especially when racks of ribs, pork belly, and brisket are also on the menu.
