As local travel experts, we know what travelers are looking for when it comes to finding the perfect accommodations for their next trip. To compile our lists, we scour the internet to find properties with excellent ratings and reviews, desirable amenities, nearby attractions, and that something special that makes a destination worthy of traveling for.
Winter is a bit of a paradox for most Montanans because we love nature and enjoying all four seasons – but we’re not big fans of being cold. If you tend to get cabin fever this time of year, we’ve found just the place for you to enjoy views of snowcapped mountains while staying toasty warm. “Cozy” might not be a word you’d ordinarily use to describe a treehouse, but that’s exactly what this one is.
Papa's Treehouse is a charming little vacation rental you'll find on an exclusive Bridger Canyon property.
There is a half bathroom with a non-flushing toilet and a washbasin, but if you need a shower during your stay, you can visit the nearby Chico Hot Springs.
The treehouse has a compact kitchen with a two-burner gas stove and a broiler for warming bagels, a coffee pot and coffee, and some basic utensils and dishes for cooking.
