Once upon a time, someone had the good sense to bring the Cornish pasty to Montana. Popular in Butte for decades due to the fact that it’s easy to eat (and then get right back to work as a miner), this classic meat dish quickly spread around Montana, and for that we are thankful. Six years ago, MineShaft Pasty Co. opened in Hamilton, adding a few tasty twists on this classic.
