Get Lost In This Beautiful 40-Acre Lavender Farm In Montana
While we’re still battling snow in certain parts of the Treasure State, it won’t be long before the sunshine sticks around for awhile and everything is in bloom (we promise). And if you’re planning to visit Flathead Lake this year, you’ll definitely want to head to the town of Lakeside and check out Purple Mountain Lavender.

It has remained a family owned and operated business since its 2004 beginnings.

The plants are used mainly to make a wide variety of lavender products. No synthetic chemicals are used in the growing process.

Ancient Greeks and Romans scented their bathwater and soaps with it, and it's currently used in essential oils, candles, and even food.
