Maybe it’s because we’re such a prideful bunch, or perhaps it’s because we don’t have professional sports teams and our energy has to go somewhere… but whatever it is, Montanans are a very passionate group of people. Just bring up one of these topics, watch us get excited and see for yourself.
Everyone has state pride, right? Well, Montana has the most of it. Really. In a recent poll by Gallup, 77% of Montanans said their state was the best, scoring higher than any other state.
This is God’s country, and by God, we are going to enjoy it. Give us a rustic cabin with stunning mountain views over a five star hotel in the city any day.

Montana has vegetarians, but it’s safe to say they’re in the minority. We get really excited about our burgers and steaks here.

We’re an extremely patriotic bunch, and we believe in supporting our troops.
While it’s true that some Montanans don’t have the time, means or the desire to camp, the majority of us can’t wait for camping season.
