To say that Polebridge is a “blink and you’ll miss it” kind of town is an understatement. The entire community consists of a handful of houses, some cabins, a hostel and a few ranches. But between the irresistible temptation of the Polebridge Mercantile and the fact that this spot sits a mile from an entrance to Glacier National Park, most Montanans can’t help but pull over on their way to or from the park.
