We all know that warm, hearty meals are essential for surviving a Montana winter (or at least making the most of the frigid temperatures). But it’s even better when you can enjoy those meals in a warm, cozy, intimate environment… and you don’t have to do the cooking.
The theme of the dining area at Bozeman’s Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill can be described as rustic elegance, but you won’t be out of your comfort zone there — the menu is full of classic entrees you’ll recognize. They just come artfully presented on the plate.
The Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill is located on Bozeman's bustling Main Street, where it has been since its 2013 opening.
You'll find classic comfort food like fried pickles, beer cheese fries, and pulled pork sandwiches here, as well as sophisticated picks like this Whiskey Glazed Roast Chicken.
The menu here was designed to be full of food that complements whiskey, but you certainly don't have to imbibe to enjoy it.
And we can say with great certainty that nothing tops a meal like this on a cold winter day.
The Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill is open from 4 p.m. - 12 a.m. Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, you can sip whiskey until 2 a.m. (The kitchen closes at 10 p.m.)
