Cat Show Cat Cafe Is A Completely Cat-Themed Catopia In Montana
The concept of the cat cafe may be new to Montana, but they’ve been popping up around the country — and the world — for years. The first cat cafe opened in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1998, promptly becoming a global tourist destination. And at the end of 2020, Montana’s first cat cafe opened in Bozeman. If you love to mingle with sweet felines or you’re looking to adopt a new four-legged friend, look no further.

Just find The Garden Barn and head upstairs for the cuteness.

Both owners consider themselves "crazy cat people," and they wanted to create a space for the community to come together.

You can visit by purchasing a $7 day pass. If you end up loving it, you can buy an unlimited monthly pass for $30.

This space allows them to be more comfortable and to mingle with other people. Priority tends to be given to older cats first.

Then, when you're ready, head to the lounge for your snuggle time.

The staff will provide treats and toys, so all you'll have to do is play with the animals (at your own risk, of course). There will typically be 3-4 cats in the lounge at any given time. Children 10 and over are welcome, but there's a one adult per child rule.

The lounge is open Monday - Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Even if you think you're opposed, one of these sweet faces might win you over.
