I am an avid traveler-- of both the United States and the world. My favorite spots are U.S. national parks, big cities, and anywhere I can practice my French. I have traveled to all but a handful of states and enjoy photographing the beauty I see along the way.
Called either Apgar Trail or Huckleberry Trail, many rate this advanced hikers’ destination as one the most dangerous in the United States. Located in Montana’s Glacier National Park, the steep and rocky path is sometimes riddled with grizzlies, ice, or even fire, but it also provides splendid vistas.
If you plan to take in the tremendous views offered by Apgar Trail, plan on taking your time and coming prepared. With the effort, risk can be minimized for maximum pleasure!
