Take a tour of the Riverside ground and visit Leo the lion or hold a baby gator. The center is perfect for people of all ages and admission is only $7 for kids and $10 for adults. So plan your visit and enjoy this exotic animal experience.
Riverside Wildlife Center is just 30 minutes west of Six Flags - St. Louis. Get a hands on experience with small reptiles and mammals with their experienced tour guides.
They also have two tigers who have a really cute bond. If your lucky you can see them play together and in the summer they are known to take a dip in their pool.
Inside the center are many types of snakes, turtles, and lizards. If you or anyone in your family loves reptiles then Riverside is the perfect destination.
In addition to reptiles, you can find moneys and some other small mammals inside. The Lemurs Lenny, Dino, Fred, and Wilma are popular among the guests because of their fun antics and good looks.
Unfortunately , there was a small fire at the center recently. They lost almost all of their freezers for food and many supplies. Riverside Wildlife Center is still open and the animals that live at the center were not hurt.
However, Riverside is asking the community for help. They are in need of items for the care of their animals and have posted a list of their needs and a donation link online to help replace and rebuild.
So come out and visit these exotic animals at Riverside Wildlife Center for a totally unique animal experience.
