A waterfront view just makes everything so much better – a picturesque picnic, a glass of wine, and a sunset. And, stress seems to melt away as we gaze out at the water, sun or moonbeams bouncing off of it. When you need to get away from it all – with or without the kids and the pooches – this waterfront winery will do just the trick in helping you to relax and to just enjoy the moment.
Spend a glorious day at Serenity Valley Winery, a boutique winery that makes and serves a variety of boutique, white, and red wines.
In fact, the enchanting winery's wines have even won awards. Sigh No More, for example, took a double gold in the New York Finger Lakes International Wine Competition in 2016.
Plan a trip to the Serenity Valley Winery, where you can enjoy wine tasting, with the first three tastings free. After that, pay $10 for a taste of the open bottles and take your tasting glass home as a memento of your day.
Of course, what would a waterfront view be without some friendly ducks? Don't pet or chase the ducks. But, be prepared for them to join you lakeside, as you enjoy a picnic and wine.
Relax as you sample red and white wines at the waterfront winery, which welcomes guests Wednesday and Thursday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
