There is nothing like an old-fashioned soda to help brighten your day! In Missouri, there is a special soda company that not only makes delicious root beer, they make fantastic food too! Drinking Fitz’s soda has been a St. Louis tradition since 1947. Make a new tradition with your family and enjoy root beer floats and dinner at Fitz’s Restaurant.
Located in the heart of the Delmar Loop is Fitz's soda bottling factory and restaurant.
Their menu is full of classic American cuisine. The pork for this pulled-pork sandwich is even smoked in-house! What's even better is that you can get the pulled-pork and many other dishes gluten free!
They are also well known for their awesome burgers. This off-the-menu classic is the Elvis Burger and it's topped with root beer bbq sauce and homemade coleslaw!
On the lower level, diners have the opportunity to see into the bottleworks and watch Fitz's sodas prepare for delivery. Bottling ends at 8 pm, except for Sundays when they stop production at 4 pm.
