You'll hike through the woods, so be prepared for the bugs and to get scraped up a bit. The trail can be rocky, and it can get slippery after a rain and when you're near the water.
Cascading waterfalls of all sizes along the trail. While you're only a few miles from the rest of the forest, you'll feel as though you're in the middle of the wilderness.
Before you set off, make sure you're wearing sturdy shoes and carrying tick and insect repellent. You might also want to use GPS in case you lose the trail.
