Just north of Kansas City is one of the most unique farms in Missouri. This dairy farm may look like any other but the products that the Shatto Milk Company produce are far from ordinary! Come tour this amazing facility and see why this dairy farm is so special.
Shatto Milk Company has been operating as a small family farm at their current location for over 100 years. Yet, they weren't sharing their amazing milk with consumers until 2003.
Shatto is largely found in grocery stores on the west side of the state. but they have made national news with their insanely creative and delicious flavors! After the Royals won the World Series in 2015 they released Crown which was royal blue 2% milk. However, you can always find unique favors like root-beer, banana, and cotton candy.
Their cows aren't treated with hormones and you'll never see milk being shipped into their plant. They pride themselves in providing milk at its finest.
Tours last about an hour and half and you'll want to dress comfortably because this is a real farm with mud and (ahem) other stuff. Don't forget a cooler either because you will definitely want to take some products home!
