For many Missourians and even some Alabamans, that go-to spot has been Lambert’s Cafe in Missouri (and Alabama), known for its throwed rolls and delightfully delicious meals, served in generous helpings.
Lambert's Cafe in Sikeston has been dishing up taste-tantalizing meals to Missourians since it first opened in 1942. Eventually, the popular restaurant would expand to Ozark, Missouri and Foley, Alabama.
Yep, in normal times, your server will toss those scrumptious rolls right to you. (During current conditions, however, rolls will temporarily be handed to guests.)
Rolls are just the delicious beginning. Take a peek at the menu that features such classics as country fried steak, meatloaf, and the hot beef sandwich.
If you like classic meals served in hearty portions, you're going to love your choices that also include golden fried chicken, chicken pot pie, and pork chops.

Lambert's Cafe in Sikeston is currently offering curbside and delivery within city limits, or stop by for a dine-in meal. Hours are daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
