Kansas City is brimming with restaurant choices. There are so many types of food and ways to enjoy it, and sometimes it seems a bit overwhelming that Kansas City has just about all of them. We here at Only In Kansas City have discovered a magical list of the 10 best restaurants, and what do we do with them? We show them to you! Make sure to add them to your bucket lists! Without further ado, here’s the Top 10 Kansas City Restaurants in order:
10. Stroud's Restaurant - 5410 NE Oak Ridge Rd., Kansas City, Missouri
Stroud's is known for their delicious fried chicken, and it's almost guaranteed that the restaurant is full on a Friday or Saturday night. The food is wonderful, and they're busy for good reason!

9. Pierpont's at Union Station - 30 W Pershing Rd., Ste 900, Kansas City, Missouri
In addition to a fantastic menu, they also have a crazy bar that's full with all sorts of wines and spirits. On my list to order every visit is the lobster claw mac and their garlic smashed potatoes.
8. Bristol Seafood Grill - 51 E 14th St., Kansas City, Missouri
If you're a pickle type of person, Char Bar has some great ones. Otherwise, cheese grits and their brisket are my personal favorites in town. They're always cooking up good food!

6. Beer Kitchen - 435 Westport Rd., Kansas City, Missouri
Though it's a deli/cafeteria, this spot made the list due to its amazing desserts and freshly prepared hot foods. It's a fantastic spot for a quick lunch!
3. Gram & Dun - 600 Ward Pkwy., Kansas City, Missouri
The food here sometimes runs a little out of the ordinary, but the burnt ends mac and cheese is some of the best I've had! Their shrimp and grits are also quite popular with many guests.
2. Jack Stack Barbecue (Freight House) - 101 W 22nd St., Kansas City, Missouri
To be fair, it was hard to pick just one of their locations, but you've got a great chance no matter which one you pick. Any Jack Stack Barbecue will leave you satisfied and full of our signature dish.
More barbecue? Of course! We aren't famous for it for nothing! Q39 does an excellent job of ensuring that every bite is as good as the last, and the meats are all prepared perfectly. There's not much more to ask for!
