The current owners, the Banken family, have been at the helm since 1967, serving what's billed as the Midwest's most popular ribs. Enjoy an order of ribs made the traditional way - cooked outdoors over a hickory wood fire.
Pull up a chair and try one of the mouthwatering BBQ platters. Barbecue ribs, boneless barbecue ribs, and barbecue sliced pork are among your choices. Each comes with two tasty sides, such as a garden salad, potato salad, or fries.
Crispy onion rings, breaded green beans, or cauliflower buds. You can't go wrong with a fresh tossed salad, coleslaw, or cottage cheese and peaches either.
