When’s the last time you pampered yourself? Did something you really enjoyed without having to worry about the responsibilities of life for just one day? Probably far too long, right? Well, if you like sampling some of the finest wine around as you visit area wineries, climb aboard this wine trolley in Missouri for relaxing day of fun and wine tasting.
Welcome to Hermann, an enchanting small town in Missouri known for its charming wineries.
Visiting a winery offers the perfect way to spend a few hours or an entire day, but not everyone gets to join in on the sampling fun. Someone, after all, has to avoid the wine as the designated driver.
Each member of your party will pay just $20 for a day on the trolley. Reservations aren't required, but call ahead on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to find out whether trolleys are running.
You may also want to request a stop at Fernweh Distilling or Tin Hill Brewing Company. At the brewery, for example, you can sample several beers. Pair your drinks with a piping hot pizza or other flavorful snacks.
Hermann Trolley Company is open Monday, Thursday, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
