Editor’s Note: Unfortunately, as of now, Go Karting On Ice was a one-time event in Maryland Heights.
Winter’s right around the corner, and we all know what that means. Tons of snow, building snowmen, snowball fights, and…some fast-paced thrills that you just won’t find anywhere else. If you’re a fan of traditional go karting, wait until you try go karting on ice in Missouri, a special winter event that you don’t want to miss.
Mark your calendar for the most thrilling event of the winter. Go Karting On Ice stops in Maryland Heights, just outside of St. Louis, for just four days next March.
The Centene Community Ice Center will host the event that runs from March 17 through March 20, 2022. Tickets are already on sale and are expected to sell out fast.
Go karts on ice is the same as traditional go karts, except you’ll zip around an ice rink. If that sounds a bit intimidating, don’t worry. Seasoned experts will be on hand to provide instruction on how to maneuver the go kart on the ice.
The event will also feature a full menu of activities – from curling and ice luges to hockey puck shooting contests. Dress up in your favorite costume, too, for the go karting costume contest.
Go Karting On Ice is geared toward older kids and adults. Children must be at least eight to attend the event, which will also feature cocktails for the adults.
