Missouri is home to some of the best Christmas towns and Christmas light displays , but even the amusement parks are joining in on all of the holiday festivities. Head on over to Branson to see what all the talk is about.
Silver Dollar City draws in guests from all over the state during its peak seasons, summer and fall.
In the winter, the park transforms into Old Time Christmas and every single thing in the park is decked out in holiday decor.
As you walk through this Christmas town, you'll come across little shops and restaurants filled with holidays treats. Grab some tasty hot cocoa to enjoy while you stroll around the beautiful amusement park.
Old Time Christmas at Silver Dollar City is one of the highest ranked Christmas festivals in the country.
Missourians aren't the only ones who love this annual Christmas event. In fact, "Good Morning America" listed Silver Dollar City's Old Time Christmas as one of the best Christmas events in the country!
Watch "A Dickens Christmas Carol" live on the Silver Dollar City stage.
This 60-minute Broadway-style show features a cast of 15 actors, a live band, amazing special effects and Victorian-style scenery.
All aboard! Take a ride on the Frisco Silver Dollar Sing-Along Steam Train.
The festive Christmas train will take you on a 20-minute ride through the park. Just be prepared for lots and lots of Christmas music.
Stand along Main Street to catch a glimpse of Rudolph's Holly Jolly Christmas Light Parade.
The floats are illuminated with 200,000 ultra-bright LED lights and 33 costumed characters lead the way.
