Sachs Butterfly House is a great place for people of all ages. You will find tons of activities for your kids and if needed, peace and tranquility with the butterflies under the conservatory dome. The Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House is a part of the Missouri Botanical Garden family, just outside of the St. Louis metro area in Chesterfield.

There are 80 species of butterflies present at the butterfly house conservatory. View hundreds of butterflies up-close and personal.
The butterfly house is not only beautiful but is educational as well. Bring your kids and let them learn about the butterfly life cycle. There is also an educational area for kids and a playground on site.
If you are a plant lover the butterfly house has over 150 tropical plants on display. They also have a beautiful outdoor garden that is home to many native species of plants and flowers.
