In 1891, Mr. J. B. Moss erected a beautiful home that resembled the castles he had seen across Europe in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Today, the beautiful home is now a Mexican Restaurant. The home was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Barbosa in 1974 and after extensive remodeling they opened Barbosa's Castillo that same year.
Their menu features classic Mexican dishes with sauces and seasonings that you just can't get enough of. When you can't decide what to order, try a combo and get a little bit of everything.
