1. O! Wing Plus, St. Louis
With 9 different sauces with names like "Beast Mode" and "Hot Mama," O! Wing Plus was named Best Chicken Wings in St. Louis by the Riverfront Times in 2013. They also serve fried fish and Korean-style sandwiches.
