Ha Ha Tonka State Park, located in Camdenton, is one of Missouri’s most unique state parks. This large park has over 15 miles of trails but one trail will take you on an awesome hike to abandoned castle ruins. Ha Ha Tonka State Park has numerous trails that are both longer and more difficult to complete but each has great sights like beautiful views, a large spring, and Missouri’s largest natural bridge. Take a break from the boat and venture on land at the lake to discover the ruins at Ha Ha Tonka State Park.

His sons finished the castle in the late 1920's but lost the property after the stock market crash. Then, in 1942, the castle caught fire, all that remains are the ruins you see today.
