Provel cheese is most popular in St. Louis, specifically at Imo's Pizzeria. The block of processed cheese can be bought at most grocery stores and is a blend of cheddar, Swiss and provolone. Some love it, some hate it, but either way, we're slightly crazy for even creating it.
