Not only does the trail start off at the top of the state’s tallest waterfall, but it includes an easy-to-navigate staircase that leads straight to the river below. Take a look:

The water park is located in the small town of Enterprise, MS.
Of all the waterfalls in Mississippi, Dunn’s Falls is the tallest. (It’s 65’ in height!) And this trail offers a great way to explore the cascading fall.

Much more than a beautiful site, the waterfall is loaded with history. Man-made, it was created in the 1850s and used to power the factory of famed hatmaker J.B. Stetson.

A mill, which dates back to 1857, is on-site and available for touring. The historic building is full of tools that were used to operate the 19th-century mill.
The trail begins at the top of Dunn’s Falls, offering exceptional views of the Chunky River below.
