Much more than a beautiful site, the waterfall is loaded with history. Man-made, it was created in the 1850s and used to power the factory of famed hatmaker J.B. Stetson.
A mill, which dates back to 1857, is on-site and available for touring. The historic building is full of tools that were used to operate the 19th-century mill.
