Though Daniella was born in New York and has lived in a couple of other states, Mississippi has been her home for more than 30 years. Some states are packed with underground sites and attractions. Mississippi? Not so much, but they do exist, and the Underground Café is one of them. The aptly named restaurant is tucked away in the basement of a building. Aside from the unique location, it’s the made-from-scratch cuisine that customers can’t stop talking about.
